Terin Branhan was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She attended Michigan State University then Oakland University where she finished with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (April 2012). In 2015, she completed a MBA program with University of Phoenix.
After growing tired of working in a call-center environment, she sought out to do more! She was hired as an Administrative Assistant for Hewlett-Packard Company in December 2013 however, she quickly began taking on management responsibilities. After proving herself to her direct leadership, she negotiated a job-title change which officially started her career as an Information Technology Project Management Professional. Since 2013, Branhan has been managing technical projects for Fortune 500 companies including Hewlett Packard Company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP) and a Certified SAFE Agilist. She is committed to being a continuous learner and has a knack for forecasting, budgeting, monitoring & controlling quality, costs and time on multiple projects running concurrently.
In 2016, she got her Salesperson license to practice real estate in the state of Georgia. In 2019, she got her Associate Broker real estate license. As of April 2020, she has sold over $2.2 million in real estate. Her goal is to help Qualifying & Managing agents and brokers across the State of Georgia leverage technology to create systems to better manage their business and ultimately sell more homes.
She currently serves on the Empire Board of Realtists, Inc. (EBR), the Atlanta chapter of the oldest minority real estate trade association in America, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). She serves as their 2019 Assistant Secretary, Technology Chairperson and PR/Communications Chairperson. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing video games with family online on XBOX, listening to music, eating at new restaurants and learning new things.
