Full 100% Commission

For licensed agents in production who want autonomy and transparency.

- Commission: 100% to you

- Transaction Fee: $175 per closed file
- Monthly Fees: None (unless you opt-in to GAMLS/Lofty CRM)
- E&O & Compliance: Included in transaction fee
- Support: Transaction templates, compliance review, Lofty CRM access optional

🟢 Benefit: Ideal for experienced agents who manage their own pipeline, want to earn most of their commission but, want a reliable, ethical broker of record.

Referral-Only Plan

(License Parking)

Maintain your active Georgia license and earn referral income without full production.

- Annual Fee: Flat yearly or monthly option ($100/year or $9.99/mo)
- Commission: Referral-based earnings (per closed deal)
- Broker Support: Compliance oversight + referral contract management
- Ideal for: Agents transitioning careers, on sabbatical, or who simply wish to keep their license active

🟢 Benefit: Keep your license active under a brokerage structure without carrying the overhead of full production.

Mentorship Plan

(New & Transitional Agents)

Mentorship placement is subject to broker approval and is not automatically offered to every applicant.

- Split: 85/15 on the first 3 transactions
- Includes:

- Hands-on contract and negotiation support
- Marketing templates and system setup
- Compliance reviews and feedback
- Optional transaction coordination support

🟢 Benefit: After Mentorship, automatically roll into the 100% plan. NOTE: The Mentorship plan is subject to broker approval (ie. all agents will not be accepted into the mentorship program automatically).
