Steps to Join:
1. Agent Information Form: Review and complete our electronic Savvy Estates ATL Agent Information Form comprehensively. Once done, email to terin@savvyestatesatl.com.
2. Independent Contractor Agreement / Commission Schedule and Office Policy Procedure Manual: Review and fill out these electronic documents thoroughly. Once completed, email to terin@savvyestatesatl.com.

- Independent Contractor Agreement – Choose one the GAR Version Savvy Estates ATL – Independent Contractor Agreement (GAR CO01) – OR- the RE Version RE500 Independent Contractor Agreement (Rev.08_2013)
- Commission Schedule – Savvy Estates ATL ICA – Exhibit A – Commission Schedule & Fee Agreement (5)
- Office Policy Procedure – Savvy Estates ATL – Policies and Procedures Manual
3. Document Submission: Email a copy of your driver’s license and current auto insurance policy showing coverage dates to us at terin@savvyestatesatl.com. NOTE – insurance policy proof is not required for referral agents.
4. Georgia Real Estate Change Application: Download the form from here, fill it out accurately, and email to us at terin@savvyestatesatl.com.
5. Membership Fee: Upon submission of the required items, there is a $50 Onboarding/Processing fee.
Upon completion and acceptance, you’ll receive a welcome email.
