Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Terin Delisser has been a proud resident of Atlanta since 2012. She entered real estate in 2016 and earned her broker’s license in 2019, combining her background in technical project management with a passion for building efficient, compliant brokerage operations.

As Managing Broker and Operations Lead at Savvy Estates ATL, Terin applies a systems-driven approach to real estate—integrating technology, process design, and accountability to deliver calm, predictable client experiences. Her leadership has shaped Savvy Estates ATL into a boutique firm known for intentional service, transparent communication, and compliance excellence.

Terin currently serves on the Georgia REALTORS® MLS and Technology Forum, helping guide statewide conversations around data integrity, innovation, and broker technology. She previously served as Technology and PR Chairperson for the Empire Board of Realtists—the first chapter of NAREB—where she helped modernize digital infrastructure and enhance public outreach.

Since 2020, Terin has worked as a freelance Transaction and Compliance Manager, providing oversight and process support for multiple brokerages across Georgia and Alabama. In this role, she designed and implemented ComplianceDesk.tech—a proprietary compliance-tracking system built to streamline workflows, automate documentation, and increase transparency across diverse brokerage operations. The work combined her TPM skill set with deep, hands-on expertise in real estate compliance.

In 2019 she was named Realtist of the Year by the Empire Board of Realtists, and in 2021 was recognized by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in the Top 15% in Volume and Top 5% in Units categories—acknowledging her commitment to precision, ethics, and results.
