Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Terin has been a proud resident of Atlanta, GA since 2012. Her journey in real estate began in 2016 when she became a licensed real estate agent, further advancing her career by earning her broker's license in 2019. Throughout Terin's career, she has taken on leadership roles that have allowed her to leverage her skills and expertise. As the Technology and PR Chairperson for the Empire Board of Realtists—the first chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB)—Terin has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and managing public relations to enhance the board's outreach and effectiveness. In recognition of her voluntary contributions, she was honored as the 2019 Realtist of the Year by the Empire Board of Realtists. Additionally, she served as a Compliance Manager for a large multi-state real estate firm, ensuring that operations adhered to all regulatory standards and best practices. In 2021, Terin was honored by the Atlanta Realtors Association, achieving recognition as "1st Year - Individual, Top 15% in Volume, Top 5% in Units." This accolade reflects her commitment to excellence and dedication to her clients.
